This register is a public-records instrument. It welcomes two things: corrections — with the document that supports them — and public documents that belong in the record. It is not a tip line for private information about individuals, and it does not publish, and will not accept for publication, anything identifying victims or private persons.
There is no web form here by design: the site runs no analytics, sets no cookies, and makes no third-party requests, and a form would be the one thing that broke that. If you are sending something sensitive, use PGP or Signal rather than plain email.
