Duensing, 6100 Red Hook Quarters #2. NOTE: agent is Duensing, NOT Business Basics VI — consistent with this being the American Yacht Harbor marina JV (Island Global Yachting) in which Epstein was a 'passive investor' per AG para 37, rather than a wholly-owned holding co. Registry filing in hand; named in the USVI 'Epstein Entities' subpoena definition.

CROSS-CHECK 2026-09-08: a public compilation also lists 'Island Global Yachting Facilities LLC' as the yacht-harbor operator/successor. IGY (Island Global Yachting) is a large legitimate marina company in which Epstein was a PASSIVE INVESTOR (AG para 37) — so 'Island Global Yachting Facilities LLC' is a counterparty/operator, NOT an Epstein-owned shell; not added as an enabler entity. Noted only to avoid re-adding it as a false lead.
