CORRECTED CHARACTERIZATION 2026-09-06: this is NOT evidence the entity never existed. Every one of the 21 VI entities the public registry DOES return has a last annual report of 2019 or later; not one predates that. The USVI Catalyst system went live around 2019 and its public search appears to contain only entities live at migration. The correct statement is: NOT PRESENT IN THE POST-2019 ELECTRONIC REGISTRY — consistent with dissolution before that date. Pre-2019 VI records must be sought from the Lieutenant Governor's office directly, not from the online search.
