Added from USVI AG 'Epstein Entities' definition; no other data yet.
AG COMPLAINT para 17: Epstein 'amended and restated' the Trust's terms TWO DAYS BEFORE HIS DEATH; the same day he revised his will to transfer all 'property, real and personal, wherever situated' to the Trust. Indyke and Kahn filed a Certificate of Trust in the VI Superior Court on 2019-08-26. NAMED DEFENDANT in ST-20-CV-14; Indyke and Kahn each sued as Administrator of the Trust AND in their individual capacities.
USVI NEGATIVE 2026-09-08: 'The 1953 Trust' returns no match — expected, as trusts generally do not register with the Division of Corporations. Documented instead in the AG complaint (para 17: amended/restated two days before Epstein's death, sole residuary beneficiary of his will).
ENTERPRISE OBSTRUCTION ALLEGATIONS (added 2026-09-10, charter sec.11; court-public, non-victim): The USVI Second Amended Complaint (USVI v. JPMorgan Chase, No. 1:22-cv-10904, S.D.N.Y.), whose hidden text is recoverable from DOJ's defectively-redacted original (preserved on the Internet Archive), alleges the 'Epstein Enterprise' obstructed proceedings - paying 'large sums of money to participant-witnesses, including by paying for their attorneys' fees and case costs,' that Epstein 'instructed one or more Epstein Enterprise participant-witnesses to destroy evidence relevant to ongoing court proceedings,' and that damaging stories were released to discredit those who tried to go public. ALLEGATIONS against the enterprise, not findings; not attributed here to the estate or any individual co-executor. Source: public SAC (justice.gov; Internet Archive, defectively-redacted original).
