Record

Address history: 457 Madison Ave 4th Fl, New York (2007-2008); 575 Lexington Ave 4th Fl, New York (2017, JSC Interiors letterhead); 6030 Le Lac Rd, Boca Raton (to 2016); 16065 Bristol Isle Way, Delray Beach (current). New York and Florida overlap in time - two bases, not a sequence.

Named TREASURER of Gratitude America, Ltd. on the signed 990-PF Part VIII (EIN 66-0789697, TY2015 and TY2018), at 575 Lexington Ave 4th Floor, 1.00 hr/week, compensation $0.

SENATE FINANCE REPORT 2026-08-04: 'Epstein's longtime attorney'; authority to withdraw cash; identified in the NY DFS settlement as 'Attorney-1'; 97 cash transactions 2013-2017 withdrawing $200,000/yr; in 2014 asked Deutsche Bank staff how often cash could be withdrawn 'without creating some sort of alert'; in 2017 DB's AML team told him structuring withdrawals to avoid reports was unacceptable; then withdrew $100,000 for 'tipping and household expenses'. Report recommendation 11: should be investigated; prosecutors never questioned him. ALLEGATIONS AND CHARACTERISATIONS IN A CONGRESSIONAL REPORT, NOT FINDINGS.

named in Gratitude America's bylaws as original Treasurer; signed the January 2015 Amendment to its Articles, acknowledged in New York.

HOUSE OVERSIGHT SUBPOENA 2025-08-25: the Committee's subpoena for the Epstein estate's records was addressed to Darren Indyke as co-executor — the compelled production behind the Sept/Nov 2025 releases ran through him (oversight.house.gov subpoena cover letter, 2025-08-25). Confirms he was still the estate's legal face in 2025.

FACILITATION ALLEGATIONS & VICTIM SETTLEMENTS (added 2026-09-10, primary public sources): FACTS - co-executor (with Richard D. Kahn) of Epstein's estate (The 1953 Trust); the estate reached a proposed victim class settlement of $25 million (fewer than 40 eligible claimants) to $35 million (40+), funded from estate assets, with 'no admission of wrongdoing,' pending federal-court approval (2026). ALLEGATIONS (claims in public complaints; NOT judicial findings; Indyke denies them): a New York Supreme Court suit (filed 2026-08-19 under NYC's Gender-Motivated Violence Act, conduct 2001-2005) alleges Indyke 'conspired with Epstein' by managing and facilitating the financial operations of the trafficking scheme, providing legal counsel to the operation, funding facilities where abuse occurred, and withdrawing cash in amounts designed to avoid federal reporting requirements; related victims' complaints allege the co-executors 'organized, controlled, and directed almost every aspect' of the enterprise and helped arrange sham marriages for foreign victims to obtain immigration status. Separately, the USVI alleges the co-executors 'authorized or directed many of the transactions' (USVI v. Indyke, ST-20-CV-14; SAC para 31). DEFENSE - Indyke denies all allegations; his counsel states 'not a single woman has ever accused Mr. Indyke or Mr. Kahn of committing sexual abuse or witnessing sexual abuse,' and no complaint alleges he personally participated in sexual exploitation. Sources: NY Supreme Court complaint (Aug 2026); estate settlement filings (2026); ABC News; Bloomberg Law.

RECOVERED FROM DEFECTIVELY-REDACTED SAC (added 2026-09-10; court-public per charter sec.11, non-victim): The USVI's Second Amended Complaint (USVI v. JPMorgan Chase, No. 1:22-cv-10904, S.D.N.Y.) was published by DOJ with DEFECTIVE redactions - black bars drawn over text that stayed recoverable by standard copy/paste - and is preserved on the Internet Archive. Among the recoverable (thus court-public) allegations: the complaint alleges the estate/enterprise carried large outstanding loans to entities tied to the co-executors (a self-dealing / conflict allegation). The recovered text shows the figures '$16 million' and 'net $10 million net', with an adjacent portion of the passage still redacted even in the defective copy, so the exact relationship between the two figures is not fully legible; the legible remainder reads that these are loans still outstanding to Indyke- and Kahn-related entities. ALLEGATION from the public complaint, not a finding; Indyke denies wrongdoing. Source: public SAC (justice.gov; Internet Archive, defectively-redacted original), recoverable by standard copy/paste.

DFS CONSENT ORDER - PRIMARY SOURCE FOR ATTORNEY-1 (added 2026-09-10): The Senate Finance summary above of the ATTORNEY-1 cash withdrawals traces to the underlying NY DFS consent order (ea20200706, July 7 2020), which found that ATTORNEY-1 made 97 cash withdrawals from Deutsche Bank's Park Avenue branch between 2013 and 2017, each of $7,500 - the bank's stated limit for third-party withdrawals - totaling more than $800,000 over roughly four years (paras 48-49, 52), and that in July 2017 a withdrawal was broken across two days, which DFS flagged as consistent with structuring to avoid a reporting threshold. Indyke is identified as ATTORNEY-1 per the Senate Finance report. Regulatory findings about the bank's conduct; no criminal finding against Indyke, who denies wrongdoing. Source: NY DFS Consent Order ea20200706 (dfs.ny.gov).

THE FLORIDA SCIENCE FOUNDATION, INC. (added 2026-09-10; primary corporate + court-public records; see the THE FLORIDA SCIENCE FOUNDATION, INC. entity page): Indyke is the INCORPORATOR of this Florida non-profit - he signed the Articles of Incorporation as incorporator on 2007-10-31 (filed 2007-11-01), about five weeks after Epstein's federal non-prosecution agreement. The Articles named no directors. On the only annual report the entity ever filed (2008-09-17), Indyke added himself as sole officer/director (Title AD), signing under a certification carrying the legal effect of an oath. The entity was administratively dissolved 2009-09-25. These are documentary corporate facts. Separately, a 2008-07-03 letter from an Assistant U.S. Attorney (subject 'Epstein Agreement', addressed to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, which administered work release) records that at his June 2008 change of plea Epstein told the court he would be working at the Florida Science Foundation and had worked there daily beforehand; the AUSA wrote that the Division of Corporations showed a November 2007 incorporation (not the couple of years Epstein had claimed), that the address given was another attorney's office suite where the FBI could confirm no such business operated, and that Epstein could not have been working there daily as he had not been in the county for six months. Those are the AUSA's contemporaneous assertions, not adjudicated findings. NOT ESTABLISHED / NOT ASSERTED HERE: that Indyke knew at incorporation what the entity would later be used for, or any intent on his part - only that he created it and later made himself its sole officer of record. Sources: FL Dept of State (Sunbiz) Articles of Incorporation and 2008 annual report, doc N07000010684; DOJ production EFTA00067463 / EFTA01659760 (AUSA letter, 2008-07-03).

SAC - 2019 WITHDRAWAL PATTERN (added 2026-09-10; recovered from DOJ's defectively-redacted SAC per charter sec.11, court-public, non-victim): The USVI Second Amended Complaint (USVI v. JPMorgan, No. 1:22-cv-10904, S.D.N.Y.) alleges that on an Epstein account on which Indyke had signatory authority there were 21 separate withdrawals, each in the amount of $1,000, on every but one business day from April 9, 2019 to May 8, 2019 - a small-daily-withdrawal pattern of the kind associated with keeping cash movement below reporting attention. Recovered verbatim from the text layer of DOJ's defectively-redacted SAC (preserved on the Internet Archive). ALLEGATION in a public civil complaint, not a finding; Indyke denies wrongdoing. Source: USVI v. JPMorgan SAC, No. 1:22-cv-10904 (justice.gov; Internet Archive).

SAC - COMPENSATION UNDERREPORTING (added 2026-09-10; recovered from the defectively-redacted SAC per charter sec.11, non-victim): The USVI Second Amended Complaint (No. 1:22-cv-10904, S.D.N.Y.) alleges that tax forms provided by Epstein entities did not report nearly the full compensation to Indyke - the recovered text reads 'compensation to Indyke and' before breaking off, within a passage concerning both co-executors, so the allegation appears to extend to Kahn as well. Recovered from the text layer of DOJ's defectively-redacted SAC (Internet Archive). ALLEGATION in a public civil complaint, not a finding; Indyke denies wrongdoing. Source: USVI v. JPMorgan SAC, No. 1:22-cv-10904 (justice.gov; Internet Archive).
